Monitoring
We have extensive experience deploying and maintaining server and application monitoring to minimize downtime. We are able to constantly monitor a customer’s network, systems and even applications by deploying automated systems in Wowrack’s perimeter network, within a customer’s network and multiple locations on the Internet to ensure 100% complete monitoring coverage.
When the monitoring system caught an outage alert, our Network Operation Center or customer can be notified of the downtime through Email, Text Message, or even a Phone call.
